All rooflights can be supplied as fully certified Smoke Heat and Exhaust (SHEV) systems. All LAMILUX rooflights are manufactured in a way that the framework is thermally separated and insulated resulting in unrivalled air-tightness, water-tightness and acoustic performances.
Smoke Ventilation
LAMILUX offers a wide range of smoke vent solutions, all of which are fully EN 12101-2 certified and with full Declaration of Compliance. roda is part of the LAMILUX group which means the portfolio extends beyond modular smoke ventilation rooflights to include louvred ventilators and louvred windows. LAMILUX can deliver on a supply only basis or offer a complete turnkey solution.
Roof Access
The LAMILUX leading range of rooflights and roof access hatches offer the perfect solution for quick and convenient roof access, all while bringing daylight into the building and serving for daily ventilation purposes. With solutions for both ladder access or stair access, the LAMILUX roof access skylights are supplied completely pre-assembled on our GRP insulated upstands making installation very quick and simple.

LAMILUX are proud to introduce both the Passivhaus Flat Roof Skylights and Passivhaus Glass Roof System – an essential feature in the design and construction of Passivhaus buildings. Independently tested & certified by the Passive House Institute as phA advanced components: the highest efficiency class, this eliminates the risk and the associated costs of failure you face if using non-certified components such as rooflights without certification.
